Digital Sales – Frederick MD
We are a respected and innovative search marketing agency serving customers across the United States and overseas, and we are growing.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who is a self-starter, able to generate their own leads, and also ensures our lead gen is followed up with a professional approach in the B2B market.
We offer uncapped earning potential, base salary, revenue and profit share, and benefits (after a probationary period).
This role is being viewed as the probationary slot for the senior executive sales position on the company leadership team and will report directly to the Managing Partner.

Your responsibilities will include:
Promptly and professionally following up on all lead inquiries, qualifying them out, and pursuing to close all opportunities;
Generating your own leads – you are an experienced sales professional so you know how this will be done;
Work directly with business owners and stakeholders to understand their needs, and offer our innovative digital marketing solutions to meet those needs;
Engage internally to help craft our marketing offerings and messaging to better meet the needs of our target market;
Own the entire sales and account process from initiation to completion and after-sale, and create customers who rave about Wellspring Search;
Utilize technology, including marketing automation, to engage with and close customers;
Set and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and other key revenue and profitability metrics.

Learning – we are all continuously learning new technology and techniques as digital marketing develops faster than ever, and you will need to keep up, including the taking of certifications where appropriate.
Persistent and Driven – you want to succeed, but more than this, you do the work that creates success for yourself and your team.
Humble and Disciplined – you will be managed, which means you will adhere to reporting on a regular basis and work within a sales process that allows activity levels to be visible, as well as results.
Our head office is based in Gettysburg PA, however you will be working remotely so a home office, car, and cell phone are essential.
